In France, personal data is protected in particular by French law n° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, French law n° 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When the website is accessed, the following information may be collected: the URL of links via which the user has accessed the site the user’s internet service provider and the user’s internet protocol (IP) address.
